The 8People Structure
The central concept of 8People is that teachers act out eight different personas as they go about their work. All of these personas – the 8 People – overlap and work together to cause student learning.
8People’s structure is a hierarchy with broad concepts at the top moving down through the layers to the fine practical detail at the bottom. The actual 8 people are at the second level of the hierarchy.
